Filing a notice of infringement

Counter-notification
If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of a good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
