Processing & dispatch

Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same day; otherwise the next business day.

Shipping methods

All domestic orders ship via tracked, temperature-conscious courier. DHL Max standard shipping arrives in 3 business days or better; FedEx 2-Day Air is available at checkout except for Hawaii. Free shipment protection is included on every order, and US orders with a merchandise subtotal of $250 or more after discounts ship free (a flat $11.95 applies under $250). Tracking details are issued after the warehouse creates the shipment.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only and do not ship internationally. Certain products may be unavailable in states or localities where they are restricted; we may cancel and refund any order we cannot lawfully fulfil. You are responsible for ensuring that receipt of an order is lawful at your destination and for not arranging onward shipment to a prohibited jurisdiction.

Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier. Where included, shipment protection covers loss or damage in transit as described at checkout.

Cold-chain handling

Lyophilized research peptides are stable at room temperature for transit. On arrival, store as directed on each product page (typically refrigerated, protected from light).

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@tunedresearch.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it at no cost.

Returns

Because these are research materials, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned. Refunds or replacements are provided where a product fails its Certificate of Analysis or arrives damaged or incorrect — see our Refund policy.
