Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher to purchase. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and will handle, store, and dispose of all materials in accordance with applicable laws and institutional guidelines.

Assumption of responsibility

You assume full responsibility for the safe and lawful handling of all products. Tuned Research LLC is not liable for any misuse, or for any loss or injury resulting from use of products contrary to their intended research purpose.

Except for our published purity specification and per-batch Certificate of Analysis, all products and this website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuned Research LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tuned Research LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of any product, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Binding arbitration & class-action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site or products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Wyoming. You and Tuned Research LLC waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Either party may still bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court.

Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration section above, the exclusive venue for any permitted court action is the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
